Mô tả công việc
- Control all the booking information entries into the system, reconcile between the system and accounting documents to ensure all daily business transactions fully and properly recorded
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses.
- Financial report analysis, control Internal report and prepaire Financial report as standard of accounting on time.
- Preparing Tax report, Financail report and Personal Income Tax (PIT tax) report.
- Working with internal auditor, external auditor
- Prepare the annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Responsible for managing daily operations of the accounting department
- Arrangement checking inventory monthly.
- Estimate budget (receipt and payment) in monthly.
- Refund VAT tax.
- Calculate products cost.
- Prepare material liquidation for customs.
- To supply detail expense, repair Financial report month.
- To do works with Tax Office of Government.
- Perform other tasks assigned by general director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: graduated university in Accounting and Auditing,
- Experience: Minimum 3 year experience at chief accountant.
- Has strong organisational skills, leadership
- English communication.
